USA Legalities:
In accordance with the international postal regulations and standards, packages (cartons purchased) are each shipped separately. As a result, if more than one package (carton) is ordered, there may be more than one delivery date; packages do not always arrive on the same day, though shipped on the same day and may be received in intervals within our guaranteed delivery time period. Furthermore, each package is carefully packaged and sealed in a specially designed box to ensure that no damage is caused to the product.
All products from this section are being shipped trough Air mail.
Parcels are not traceable but we do offer refund upon non delivery.
IN ORDER TO PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS, YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (OR THE MINIMUM LEGAL AGE ALLOWED TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN YOUR COUNTRY).
We do not report any sales to anyone. All orders from this section are being processed overseas. (Not in USA)
EU Customers:
Supplies tobacco products as gifts, throughout the world. Our clients instruct us to purchase these gifts on their behalf, and send them to family and friends, under the agreements and understanding that these gifts are for the recipients personal use, and not for re-sale.
Under EU law, for example, a private individual residing within the EU (which of course includes the United Kingdom), on receiving a gift of tobacco from another private person, resident withing the EU, does not have to pay any further duty or VAT, as long as the gift is for personal use, and not for re-sale
We advise persons ordering gifts of tobacco for family and friends living outside the EU to consult their local tax office before placing orders, as further duty and local taxes may be payable and the site management company, Costa Business Bureau SL, are both based in Spain, and all purchases made on behalf of, and under the instruction of their clients, are made within Spanish boundaries and borders.
In the case of seizure (which is illegal within the EU), of any order by the customs authorities of the recipients country, we advise all clients that we can take no responsibility for any order once it has been despatched. According to our strict terms and conditions, no refunds will be given. In the case of illegal seizure within the EU, we advise clients to write to their customs office, to formally make a complaint, and to ask that the gift be immediately forwarded to it's rightful owner. Further to this, a copy of your letter should also be sent to your Euro MP.
In countries where extra duty and taxes may be applicable to gifts, and you find that on the rare occassion that your order has been held by customs, then customs should automatically inform you of any amount to be paid. After payment has been made, the gift will be forwarded on to your gift recipient by the customs office.
Special Notice to all clients
In the event of seizure, should any client refuse to pay extra duty and taxes, the customs department will, under your instructions, return the gift to us. Once returned, we agree to re-credit the clients credit card, less the postage cost.
