Are imported cigarettes subjected to duty taxes?
No. Duty tax is not charged for buying and importing up to 200 cigarettes every 21 days (for Europe), and 1,200 cigarettes every 21 days (for US). usatobaccoonline ships each carton separately to its customers, i.e. if you ordered 5 cartons, your order will be shipped to you in 5 separate packages all sent in a few days´ interval and thus they will not arrive simultaneously.
Does usatobaccoonline guarantee that no duty tax will be paid worldwide?
No. It is the customer's responsibility to verify and abide by all applicable laws concerning the delivery or taxation to his / her region. Some countries may occasionally change international postal regulations and standards.
What should I do if I have to pay duty tax in order to receive my order?
In this rare situation (highly unlikely in the U.S.) you can either:
Pay the duty tax and collect the parcel. The total amount will still be much lower than the regular retail price.
Reject the parcel, which will be returned to us. Upon receiving your parcel in our warehouse you will be fully refunded for the items returned.

Why can not you send me all products in a single carton?
By sending all products in a single carton, your order might be subjected to duty tax since the weight and value would not fall within the prescribed international parameters.
How will I know that my order has arrived?
There are two options depending on your local post office service. Parcels will either be delivered directly to your address, or you will be notified by your local post office when your parcel has arrived. You may collect your parcel from your local post office with no additional charges.
Is there any possibility that items may be damaged during the shipping process?
